Master Software Licence Agreement & End User Terms (EULA)
Please read these terms carefully before acquiring or activating platform licenses for R3CON Autonomous Security or Crypto Scouter Intelligence.
Binding Acceptance at Checkout
By checking “I accept the Licence Terms” during checkout or upon activating a subscription, you consent to be legally bound by this Agreement. Your acceptance, including your IP address, timestamp, and user-agent string, is immutably recorded on your purchase order.
1. Parties and Scope of Services
This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Danesh Habibi (“Licensor”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or legal entity purchasing or activating an access entitlement (“Licensee”, “Customer”, “you”).
This Agreement governs your access to and use of software platforms hosted by the Licensor, specifically:
- R3CON Autonomous Security: Automated asset discovery, continuous attack surface mapping, vulnerability intelligence, and self-hosted runner orchestration.
- Crypto Scouter: Algorithmic market monitoring, liquidity radar, exchange API synchronization, and automated Telegram signal dispatching.
2. Grant of Limited Licence
Subject to compliance with this Agreement and payment of applicable fees, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide licence to access and operate the purchased service tiers during the active term of your subscription.
You may not sub-license, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the proprietary software, API contracts, or scan engines without express written authorization from the Licensor.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Authorization Safeguards
Strict Authorization Requirement for R3CON Security Scanning:
You warrant that you own or possess documented, explicit written authorization to scan, enumerate, and probe all target hosts, domains, CIDR ranges, and IP addresses configured within your R3CON workspace.
Under no circumstances may the software be utilized for:
- Unsolicited penetration testing or probing of infrastructure without written permission.
- Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, network flooding, or resource exhaustion against third parties.
- Harassment, data exfiltration, or breach of confidentiality agreements.
- Any activity that violates applicable cybercrime statutes (including Italian Penal Code art. 615-ter, Computer Misuse Act, CFAA, or EU NIS2 directives).
Breach of this clause results in immediate, non-refundable termination of all active licenses and permanent account revocation.
4. Bring Your Own Runner (BYOR) Infrastructure
When deploying self-hosted runners using the BYOR feature, you are solely responsible for provisioning, securing, and maintaining the underlying compute hardware, VPS instances, bandwidth, and firewall rules.
The Licensor does not inspect or log network traffic routed through your private runner nodes, and shall not be held liable for hosting provider suspensions, outbound port blocks, or cloud bandwidth costs incurred by runner activities.
5. Subscription Term, Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis as selected during checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your user portal. Access remains fully active through the end of the paid billing cycle.
- Credits & Top-Ups: One-off scan credit packs are non-refundable and remain valid for the lifespan of the active workspace.
- Taxes: All applicable sales taxes, VAT, and regulatory surcharges are computed dynamically via Stripe Tax based on your verified billing jurisdiction.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Security reconnaissance tools and algorithmic signals are intended as analytical aids and do not guarantee the identification of all potential vulnerabilities, nor do they guarantee financial gains in market trading. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
Licensor's total aggregate liability arising under this Agreement is capped at the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the incident.
7. Acceptance Recording, Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Recorded Acceptance Proof: When you accept these terms during checkout, our backend platform records your accepted terms version (“v1.0”), timestamp, client IP address, and browser User-Agent into the order record in MongoDB and mirrors the metadata into Stripe. This data serves as evidentiary proof of your consent.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the competent courts of Padua, Italy.
